Material FR-4, 0.062" 1/1 Cu thickenss, Smallest Drill size =16 mils, Single up(NO array), 130Tg, Green Solder Mask, One side white Silk screen, LF or Tin lead HAL Finish, No UL Logo or DATECODE.
