Customer Service

The goal at PNC Electronics is simple, customer satisfaction, from the initial contact and quote through shipping of the product PNC is committed to giving our customers the best service the industry has to offer. PNC places an emphasis on communication so that we meet or exceed customer expectations.

Part of customer service is the quality of the product. Quality is maintained from vendor selection through process control of the operations. All PNC employees are trained to manufacture products that conform to IPC-610, unless instructed otherwise. Additionally PNC offers in circuit test and RF testing as part of the complete package of contract manufacturing.

    Quality

    PNC Electronics has an extensive ESD program to protect your products from receiving, manufacturing and shipping. Additional programs installed at PNC are our preventive maintenance, and process control.
