PCB assembly California is a market leader in prototype and low volume printed circuit board assembly, offering quick turnaround times and instant online quoting and purchase. For the past 50 years, our company has provided circuit board assemblies that conform to IPC-610, are of the highest quality, are delivered on time, and are sold at low prices. In addition, we are SBA and ITAR registered, as well as AS9100D certified. The company currently holds the following standards and registrations: AS9001D, MIL-PRF-55110, ISO-9001-2015, MIL-PRF-31032, and ITAR. PNC not only recruits individuals with credentials such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, and J-STD-001, but it also has an in-house trainer who can assist other employees in obtaining similar credentials.
We handle the entire process, from getting the bare printed circuit boards and any other essential components to overseeing the final product assembly and testing in line with the specifications of your application.
Depending on the amount and configuration of the board, through-hole components can be inserted and soldered by hand or with a selective soldering machine. Both alternatives are viable.
Our PCB assembly service, a California-based company specialising in the production of small batches of prototypes and printed circuit boards. Consignment and full delivery are both options.
Our high-speed automated machinery can meet the manufacturing needs. There are no NREs, minimums, or contracts.
We provide these services in addition to box construction and electro-mechanical assembly.
You supply all of the components, including the mother board components and bare printed circuit boards, and we employ state-of-the-art automated machinery to build your boards.
You must provide "hard-to-find" parts, "custom" parts, inventory items, and whatever extra parts you have! We will buy the remaining components, such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) and anything else you do not give, after assisting you with the construction of your printed circuit boards.
After cleaning the through-hole boards a second time (if necessary).
A last inspection of the product's condition is performed.
The completed printed circuit board assemblies and any supplemental materials are being prepared for packaging. Your items will be returned to you, and you will be emailed a tracking number.
PBC Unlimited is dedicated to providing a streamlined and exact assembly process to our customers.
Accurate Data An error-free assembly process necessitates accurate data. A BOM (bill of materials), a pick and place file (also known as a centroid file), and related Gerber data should be included with each task. A DO NOT POPULATE (DNP) column should be included in the bill of materials if any components should not be populated on the PCB.
Some components are offered in a variety of bundles. Check that the component footprint indicated in the BOM corresponds to the footprint on the printed circuit board (PCB).
Individual containers, such as trays or bags, should be used to hold the components. Each tray or bag must bear the name and part number of the PCB assembly California Manufacturer, as well as any reference designators indicating where the component is used. If necessary, use the distributor's name and component number instead of (or in addition to) the manufacturer's information.
Each of the job's required components should be kept in its own container. Include a separate bill of materials for each assignment, as well as choose and place file.
Include enough spare parts to compensate for any potential losses that may occur during assembly.
When we say we care, it's not simply empty words; we actually care. When you choose to work with us, we will do everything we can to ensure that the assembly you request is finished on time, according to your requirements, and to the greatest possible quality. Sincerely, we see ourselves as an extension of your existing team.
